Moscow toppled the EU presidency?The Czech president Vaclav Klaus is under the influence of the Russians. Moscow is trying to weaken the Czech presidency and the whole EU in consequence. This is the theory of a Czech analyst Lukas Pachta, interviewed today on EurActiv. I have no idea if this is true, but it does seem in the Russians' interest.
